By purchasing, setting up, or using a Social Tracker device or any associated services at b8designs.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Social Tracker is a physical hardware device that displays real-time Instagram statistics including follower count, post likes, and video views on LED displays. The device connects to Meta's Instagram Graph API through an authentication service hosted at b8designs.com.

2. Eligibility

To use Social Tracker you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
Have a valid Facebook account connected to your Instagram account
Agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Instagram's Terms of Use

3. Instagram Account Requirements

Social Tracker only works with Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported due to Meta API restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring your Instagram account meets these requirements before purchasing or setting up a device.

4. API Access and Tokens

Social Tracker uses Meta's Instagram Graph API. By connecting your Instagram account you authorize Social Tracker to access your public account statistics including follower count, media count, and video view counts. You may revoke this access at any time through your Instagram account settings. We are not responsible for any changes Meta makes to their API that may affect device functionality.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Social Tracker for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the authentication service
Use the service to access Instagram accounts you do not own or have permission to access
Attempt to circumvent Meta's API rate limits or terms of service
Resell or redistribute the authentication service without written permission

6. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the authentication service available at all times. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or changes to Meta's API. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Meta API Dependency

Social Tracker depends on Meta's Instagram Graph API which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We have no control over Meta's API availability, functionality, or terms. Meta may change or discontinue API features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to update the service in response to API changes but cannot guarantee continued functionality if Meta makes breaking changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Social Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the device or service will meet your specific requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Tracker and b8designs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the device or service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the device or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
